Exchange, Return product regulations

Your products are exchanged/returned within 7 first days from buying date. Carriage charge is not refunded, except from:
-Not matching to product category as you ordered.
-Not enough quantity and parts of products as you ordered.
-Outside status of your products are peeled or broken in carrying process.
-Not enough quality such as: over expiry date, over warranty date, broken out in carrying process.

Customers are not accepted to exchange/ return if:
-You want to change product category without advance notice
-Outside product is broken out, peeled, scratched…by yourself
-You do not follow as instruction which causes products to broken down
-You checked and confirmed product status at receiving time without feedback to us.

-Exchanging and repairing will be carried out as regulation of supplier, manufacturer or authorized warranty units.
